The most commonly asked questions we are asked;

How much will the items cost?

There are many variables which determine price: Item, size of design, quantity, and number of colors, number of stitches, number of locations that need to be decorated, and complexity of your design. For an accurate cost, we need to know all those variables.

Minimum order requirement?

We have no minimum. From 1 to any amount. Of course, the more items you order of the same design, Artic Fox Designs applies large run discounts.

What are the set up costs?

We have NO set up or hooping charges ever! It is my belief that our need to set up the machine to sew so why charge you. It's part of the job.

How many thread colors can I choose from?

We have over 900 colors of thread. We do not charge an extra charge for multiple colors either! We do not charge extra for metallic thread.

When and how to pay for an order?

Deposit on all orders and the balance is due on pick up. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash are welcome. We also accept PayPal.

How can I receive goods?

You can pick up your order at our facility in Tempe, Arizona or we can ship out USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx.

How does Artic Fox Designs Embroidery need to receive my artwork?

By email or bring in person. We can take Pictures (photo, hand drawn), Bitmap files (BMP, JPEG, JPG, GIF, Etc), Vector File format (AI, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, etc). The least amount of digitizing time could come from a vector file.

Can I see the sample before sewing on my stuff?

Absolutely, in fact, we encourage you to come and view sample sew out. This is what keeps you in control of your project. This is the time to make any changes; bigger, smaller, change color, what ever the case may be. Again, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your design.

What is meant by "Digitizing?

Digitizing to Embroidery is making a file that converts a picture into a CNC (Computed Numerically Controlled) machinery file that tells the machine what position to put the moving platform and where to poke the needle. This is a one-time fee, per design.

What items do we carry?

We carry thousands of quality name brand items. We carry Caps, Polo's, Tees, Jackets, Bags, Towels, Blankets, Aprons, are just a few. Just about anything you can imagine. Please go to the browse our Apparel Catalog for options. Once you have found the item you are interested in; there is a "View Spec Sheet" on the right side of any item of the catalog that will tell you everything you want to know about the item. "Add to Inquiry" will let you know the pricing of any item as the colors and sizes sometimes differ. In most cases, we are able to get your order in the next day if ordered by 2:00pm.

What is your Reorder Policy?

You will not pay the digitizing charges again, as long as the design does not change. We keep a file of the designs that you have ordered, so if you want your order duplicated, this makes reordering quick and easy.
